Medland Masterchef: Sensational Scones

And no morning tea is complete without scones with jam and cream! Louise has a delicious recipe for scones that are light and fluffy, taste sensational and are just so easy to make! These scones are guaranteed to get gobbled up at your next event!

Ingredients:
225mls room temperature lemonade 4 cups sifted self-raising flour 300mls pouring cream
Method: 
Preheat oven to 220 degrees Mix ingredients with a knife until ingredients come together Turn mixture out onto floured surface, pat down to desired thickness and cut with a floured scone cutter Place scones closely together on a large baking tray Brush with milk Bake for 12 – 15 minutes…once you start to smell the scones and they will just need a few more mins after that. Enjoy with jam and fresh cream!
