Cocoa and coconut energy balls on white background











Christmas is fast approaching and it’s a time when we love to bake and enjoy delicious treats. Dr Kam’s nurse Carmen makes the most delectable sweets, and has kindly shared her recipe for Christmas Cherry Ripe Balls. This easy, and delicious recipe is sure to be a crowd favourite on Christmas Day


6 Cherry Ripe bars
1 packet of Arnotts sweet biscuits
2 tablespoons of cocoa
1 can sweetened condensed milk (low fat)
Desiccated coconut, for rolling


1. Put the Cherry Ripe bars, biscuits and cocoa in a food processor, blend in batches
2. Add the can of condensed milk, mix to combine
3. Roll into bite sized balls
4. In a small bowl add coconut
5. Roll balls into coconut
6. Store in fridge
