Our hygienists Shannon and Eliza recently turned into tooth fairies and visited Tarragindi War Memorial C&K. They had a great time teaching the children about healthy dental habits and were met with an energetic and enthusiastic audience. The children loved sharing their dental stories, dressing up and playing food guessing games.

Saints Peter and Paul School Fete!
Medland Dental Centre proudly supported Saints Peter and Paul Primary School in Bulimba at their fete on Saturday May 17. The fete is a wonderful opportunity for the school and the wider community to come together to relax and enjoy a family event at the school’s oval.We hope our contribution of a complimentary ZOOM! Visit To Tarragindi War Memorial
The team at Medland Dental Centre paid a special visit to the preschool children at Tarragindi War Memorial C&K. Our hygienists Shannon and Eliza as well as the Tooth Fairy Dr Stephanie Shields were invited along to talk to the children about their first dental visit and promote good dental habits from a young age so children can have happy healthy smiles for life. Kiss Goodbye to MS
May is MS Awareness Month and once again Medland Dental Centre will be helping to Kiss Goodbye to MS! As many of you may already be aware, our beautiful Kelly was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) six years ago after the birth of her second daughter. It was in support of her that we threw our all our efforts behind the cause and for 6 years now we have been actively campaigning for the MS Society.Since then one of Kelly’s sisters has been diagnosed, as well as the sisters of three more of our staff members. 2014 Buddha Birth Day Festival
Medland Dental Centre was proud to be silver sponsors of the 2014 Buddha Birth Day Festival. From the 2nd to the 4th of May Southbank came to life with celebrations including a diverse range of cultural performances and activities as well as a vegetarian food and fun fair. Our very own Dr James Yang is heavily involved in Brisbane’s Buddhist community and volunteers his time to organise the event each year.
